- TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
- Basket Controls Not Working
- - Is key turned to basket controls (blue)
- - Ensure outriggers are level (may need to raise them slightly and then lower until 3 audible beeps are heard
- Basket Joystick Not Working
- - Is key turned to basket controls (blue)
- - Ensure joystick trigger is fully depressed before operating
- - Ensure harness to basket controls is securely connected
- - If doing tree work, sawdust may have gotten behind joystick trigger. Try blowing out with compressed air
- Outriggers Will Not Raise
- - Ensure boom is fully retracted
- Machine Continuously Beeps
- - Reference troubleshooting instructions at ground controls
- Battery is Low or Dead
- - Plug machine in using cord coming out of charger at rear of machine
- Boom Will Not Raise
- - Ensure basket secure latch is unhooked
- - Ensure outriggers are level (may need to raise them slightly and then lower until 3 audible beeps are heard
- Machine Will Not Level
- - Ensure lift is disconnected from vehicle hitch
- - Lift must be on a grade of no more than 11 degrees
- - If machine is on soft ground, it will be difficult to get level and may settle during operation
