  • Engine Will Not Start
  • - Check fuel and oil levels
  • - Ensure red engine kill switch is in "ON" postion
  • - Ensure fuel is turned on (black lever below air cleaner must be toward engine)
  • - Engage chock (grey lever below air cleaner must be away from engine)

  • Engine Starts But Will Not Stay Running
  • - Check fuel and oil levels
  • - Ensure fuel is turned on (black lever below air cleaner must be toward engine)
  • - Engage choke (grey lever below air cleaner must be away from engine)(machine will need to idle with choke on to warm up, once warmed up push choke lever towards engine for normal operation)

  • Engine Running Slow
  • - Adjust silver throttle control lever on right side of engine

  • Engine Stalls or Labors When Seeding
  • - Slicing blades set too deep in ground

  • Slicing Blades Not Engaging
  • - Ensure blade/seed hopper engage handle is activated
  • - Drive belt may have come off

  • Slicing Blades Too Deep or Too Shallow
  • - Ensure black lever to right of engine is in down position
  • - Adjust screw knob on top of black lever to increase or decrease depth

  • Seed Not Dropping or Dropping Too Much
  • - Ensure blade/seed hopper engage handle is activated
  • - Check seed rate adjustment
