- Disc will not be effective if you have the buffer swinging from side to side. Disc must stay flat to the floor when being used. Disc is double sided, customer pays rental for one side up front & for the second side if they use. The best way to clean the disc, if it is full of glue/paint is with Lacquer Thinner & a wire brush.
